Your check in time selection has been submitted. A copy has been sent to you via email for your records. This is the time you have told us we should expect your arrival for check in. Exhibitors have from 4-8pm Thursday and from 8am until 9:45am, Friday to actually complete set up.
If your arrival time needs to change please be courteous and email us. If everyone has set up and left by 7pm Thursday and we do not expect anyone else to arrive, we won’t stay open until 8pm because there’s no reason to. So please communicate any changes with us.
REMEMBER: If you need to access the show details and you lose the email you received you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for a copy of that email to be sent to you automatically. You can also access the same information – INCLUDING ANY UPDATES OR ADDITIONS – on this page below (using password 2023).
