Exhibitor Feedback

A Note About Our Questions:

You may notice that some of the questions in this survey are similar or identical to ones we've asked after previous shows. This is intentional and important.

Shopper demographics, buying behaviors, and vendor preferences can all evolve over time. What worked well at one show might shift by the next due to new trends, economic factors, changing customer expectations, or community dynamics. By asking these questions consistently, we can stay responsive rather than making assumptions based on outdated information.

This approach helps us:

  • - Identify emerging trends in shopper preferences and behaviors.
  • - Track changes in what vendors need to be successful.
  • - Respond quickly when demographics or buying patterns shift.
  • - Make informed decisions about show format, marketing, and vendor mix based on current realities.

Your honest feedback each time—even if it echoes previous responses—gives us the insight we need to keep the show relevant and successful. If we only asked these questions once, we risk stagnating and missing important changes in our community.

Thank you for taking the time to help us continually improve and adapt!

Feedback on Specific Areas

We continually research ways to produce the best show possible. Currently, we are focusing on researching the following areas and would love your input.

Booth Setup Timing

We rent the building for an extra day to allow more flexible setup times and reduce stress for makers.

Space Allocations and Layout

We intentionally provide larger booth spaces for exhibitors and ensure 10-foot-wide aisles, which has been very popular with shoppers. Many have told us they appreciate the comfort, freedom to browse, and not feeling cramped or rushed. Shoppers using assistive devices have also shared that they feel comfortable in our layout.

Would you prefer smaller booth spaces to allow for more exhibitors (less space between exhibitors), even if this means reduced aisle width and a potentially more crowded feel?

Food & Beverage

This year we invited Opus Cafe to cater the event. Would you like to share your feedback on their offerings (quality, variety, pricing, service, etc.)?

Venue: Cedar Event Centre

Would you like to provide any feedback, thoughts or ideas about the venue?
